Isuzu rodeo transmission?

I have a 2001 isuzu trooper. the traqnsmission has been rebuilt 3 times over the last 1 1/2 years. currently after 6 mos. it has failed again. A transmission shouldn't fail aftyer 12K miles. No one can find the caused for these failures. I've been told the transmission or GM units with electronic sensors controls.|||My sister had a Trooper with a bad tranny too. She just traded it in.
