Where is the Electronic Control Unit Port on a 94 Plymouth Voyger?

if your talking about the port for checking codes, its a little black plug under the dash by your right knee, but the cool thing about dodge and plymouth is to check the codes you don't need a code reader, just put your foot on the brake and turn the ignition on then off on then off and on again the codes will start to blink off on your check engine light, the codes will start with code 12 telling you the test has started and it will end with code 55 telling you that the test has ended,

as in code 12 it will blink once and pause then blink twice then pause again but i little longer then it will do this same code 3 times and move on to the next code, after all the codes have been read it will go to the end code 55, it will blink 5 times pause and blink 5 times again and pause longer and then do it again 3 time in all.

to erase codes on your year 1982 or 83 to 1995 you have to disconnect the battery cable as this is how you did that before DBOII came in to play in 1996, yours is called DBOI.

hope this is what you was asking about, good luck.
